Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To begin the refund process, email info@spectreminiatures.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable and digital products, including STLs and PDFs

If your order is returned to us because you have declined the delivery, shipping fees will not be refunded and your refund will only be processed once the order has arrived back with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and Covert Packages cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spectreminiatures.com with the details of the exchange required and order number.

To return your product, once you have received confirmation from us of the return, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to help guarantee the traceability of your return. If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By purchasing our digital products (STL and PDF formats) you are agreeing to the following terms:

-This file is for personal use only and will not be transferred to any third-party printing company

-This file will not be shared or made public after purchase

-This file will not be resold or used for any commercial purposes

-Prints of this file will not be sold or used for any commercial purposes

-The files will not be altered

- Due to the nature of digital purchases, these products are not refundable or available for return and exchange.

Terms of Service

1.1 This website is operated by Spectre Miniatures. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Spectre Miniatures. Spectre Miniatures offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1.2.1 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by our registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”); and

1.2.2 Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Spectre Miniatures has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Spectre Miniatures has the right to suspend or terminate your account, cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the Spectre Miniatures site (or any portion of it).

1.2.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. This includes sharing digital products online and uploading any digital assets into AI or LLM (large language model) program.

Ordering from Spectre Miniatures

2.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo (Solo and Electron users may have to provide proof of age) and PayPal. Payments are processed by Shopify or PayPal, depending on your selected payment, and are encrypted for security.

2.2 Goods supplied to you by Spectre Miniatures will correspond with their prices and description (subject to E & OE). If at any time this is not the case Spectre Miniatures will give you the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period for a full refund.

2.3 Downloadable and digital products, including STLs and PDFs, are exempt from refunds and exchanges.

2.4 In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Spectre Miniatures reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.

Content

3.1 Spectre Miniatures shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site.

3.2 Certain links in this site (typically a banner advert or icon) will lead to sites, which are not under the control of Spectre Miniatures. When you activate any of these you will leave the Spectre Miniatures site and Spectre Miniatures has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site, which is not under the control of Spectre Miniatures.

3.3 Images are for illustrative purposes only and actual product may vary slightly from that shown. Images are supplied to us by manufacturers or distributors and should be used as guidance only, as manufacturers may make slight alterations to products (in the process of continual development), which we may not be aware of. Occasionally, products may be pictured with accessories, which are not supplied with the product, but may be available to purchase separately.

Limitation of Liability

4.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of Spectre Miniatures.

4.2 Subject to clause 4.1, you agree that Spectre Miniatures shall not be liable either in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, for any direct loss or damage (including loss or damage which is reasonably foreseeable or occurs naturally in the course of things) resulting from any acts, omissions, failures or delays occurring on or in relation to those parts of the Internet not under Spectre Miniatures’ direct control including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of sales, non-payment of sums due, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of reputation, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss (even where Spectre Miniatures has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage).

4.3 The only liabilities that Spectre Miniatures can exclude are those arising from the following.

4.3.1 In cases where losses were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.

4.3.2 Where losses were not caused by any breach on the part of Spectre Miniatures.

4.3.3 For any business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers.

Delivery

5.1 Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days. If Spectre Miniatures cannot make delivery within the time scale stated you will be notified immediately by phone or email to arrange another time for delivery, or, if you would prefer, to cancel you order. Small out of stock items may be placed on back order and will be dispatched as soon as items become available again from stock.

5.2 When delivery is made – shortages/damages must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. After this time it will be assumed that you have received all items (except those noted as being ‘to follow’ or ‘on back order’) in good order.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, products, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of Spectre Miniatures or its content providers. Any recasting of our miniatures is illegal, and action will be taken against persons found to be doing so. As a visitor to the Spectre Miniatures site you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Spectre Miniatures’ prior written consent is strictly prohibited. “Spectre Miniatures”, “Spectre Operations”, “Dead Earth Miniatures”, “Supernatural Horror in Miniature” and “Spectre: Out of Time” are registered trademarks of Spectre Miniatures.

Place of performance and applicable law.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland. Spectre Miniatures makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on this site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. English law shall govern this Agreement.

You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

Complaints handling procedure
In the unlikely event that you have any complaints as to our service or any of the goods and services supplied to you from our site, please email us at info@spectreminiatures.com. All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible and will always keep customers informed as to progress.

This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you interact with Spectre Miniatures.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our products. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, give feedback, make enquiries or take part in competitions. Website usage information is collected through cookies.

We could also collect information about you if you engage in a contract with us to do work on our behalf or provide products or services to us.

How will we use the information we collect about you?

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. We use Shopify to process orders, and so will pass information to them if necessary to process your order. In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from, other financial services and web services companies.

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website, and for analytics.

If you contact us by email we’ll store and process your information through Google as part of their Gmail service. If you contact us through Facebook, we’ll receive information from Facebook and store your details in our Facebook account. In some situations we may use information you provide in these messages to access your order information, but we will never hand out information without making an effort to verify your identity.

We pass some information to HMRC and other government and legal bodies for the purposes of legal and contractual compliance. This is necessary for us to comply with the law, and make sure you get your order sent out.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and upcoming offers. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. We use Shopify Messaging to maintain these lists.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please let us know.

How long will we keep your information?

We’ll retain financial, invoice, purchase and other related information as required by UK law for tax and reporting purposes. Some information may be retained indefinitely due to life-long obligations of liability.

If you opt out of marketing, we’ll remove your information kept for marketing purposes immediately, and not retain it any longer. Any other customer information we’ll keep for no longer than eight years. If you want us to remove any information of this kind before that point, you can email or write to us at the below address.

Access to your information and correction
